Shakwaa provides a free service that allows you to submit an immediate complaint against an individual who has harmed you or others. The goal is to stop the abuse, prevent further damage, and help restore rights to those affected.

Complaint Submission Process

After completing and submitting the Complaint Against an Individual Form, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that your report has been successfully received.

You will also be provided with a 12-digit electronic reference number. This number serves as your complaint tracking ID. Please keep it in a safe place, as it will allow you to follow up and check the status of your complaint.

Our team will then carefully review the report, verify the identity of the person involved when possible, and determine the relevant parties or authorities that may need to be contacted.

Please note that the amount of information you choose to provide is entirely your decision, including whether you wish to disclose your own identity. In some cases, we may request additional details in order to properly review or proceed with the complaint.

Any such requests can be viewed by tracking the complaint using your reference number.
