Complaint Against a School

This free service allows you to submit an official complaint against a public or private school if you or your child have been exposed to inappropriate conduct, administrative violations, educational negligence, or any actions that violate students’ educational or human rights within the school environment.

The Shakwaa platform receives complaints, reviews and documents them carefully, and forwards them to the appropriate educational or legal authorities when necessary to ensure that proper actions are taken.

The School Complaint Service is available to:

• Parents or legal guardians
• Students (with or without parental supervision)
• Teachers or administrative staff who experienced misconduct or unfair treatment
• Anyone who witnessed a violation that deserves to be reported (inside or outside the school)

This service covers complaints against various educational institutions, including:

• Public schools
• Private schools
• International or foreign schools
• Schools affiliated with educational organizations or institutions
• Kindergartens and early childhood education centers

Common issues reported against schools include:

• Bullying or physical or verbal abuse within the school environment
• Negligence in monitoring students’ health or psychological well-being
• Charging unlawful or unexplained fees
• Poor treatment by school administration or teachers
• Excessive or inappropriate disciplinary actions
• Failure to follow the required curriculum or maintain educational standards
• Social or racial discrimination among students
• Refusal to enroll a student without a legitimate reason
• Unsafe or unhealthy learning environments
• Lack of supervision over student behavior within the school
