Service Description
This free service allows you to submit an official complaint against a public or private school if you or your child have been exposed to inappropriate conduct, administrative violations, educational negligence, or any actions that violate students’ educational or human rights within the school environment.
The Shakwaa platform receives complaints, reviews and documents them carefully, and forwards them to the appropriate educational or legal authorities when necessary to ensure that proper actions are taken.
